The Whitby rally was hosted by the Yorkshire group on the Whitby Rugby club.
Martin led us to Scarborough via Robin Hood Bay & Ravenscar.
We spent an hour & a half wandering around & watched the hillside burning before Roy & Brenda led us back from Scarborough, round Oliver’s Mount Race Track, where some of us had a little play 😉 & then led us along some lovely country lanes back to the main road to Whitby. Joy nearly wet herself but was saved by a convenient gate entrance 😉 Thanks to John & Pat for being Tail End Charlie for the whole ride.
Nice dry day out (for once 😉)
Sat 3/8/19-Grosmont-Goathland (Heartbeat Setting)
We left at the usual 11.00 for a nice leisurely Bimble around the Moors, some lovely Windy-Uppy-Downy Roads, arriving at Grosmont Station for refreshments & PASTIES around 12.00. Then on to Goathland for a wander around the Heartbeat Set. Back to Whitby for around 2 for a chill out before our Big BBQ.
Nice little Dry Rideout. Thanks go out to Roy & Brenda who led us & John & Pat for Tail Ending.
