AGM NOTICE

I hereby give Notice that the 9^th Annual General Meeting of the MotorCycle Group of the Motor Caravanners Club will be held at Women’s Institute Hall, Turnpike Road, Connor Downs, Hayle, Cornwall TR27 5DT on Saturday 12^th September 2026 at 11.00am.

The purpose of the meeting is to present the Annual Report and Accounts and to elect a committee for the year 2026-2027.

MCG Supplementary Document.   Proposals for amendments must be given in writing to the Secretary with (Nominator and Seconder) in order for them to be displayed for not less than 28 days prior to the meeting.

Nominations for the committee can be made up to the start time of the AGM. They must be completed on the official form, proposed and seconded and accepted by the prospective member.

Following the AGM a Members Meeting will be held.  Items for discussion should be given in writing to the Secretary prior to the start of the AGM.  Any other items for discussion will only be permitted should time allow.

Only club members with valid membership cards will be admitted.

Only MotorCycle Group members are allowed a vote.
