News From The Rally Officer

Hi all
Hope you’re all staying safe and well, we are still here and like yourselves, can’t wait for the lockdown to be lifted so we can get out in our vans to meet up with you all again.
We are not able to to say at this time which will be our next rally as I’m sorry to say  Breedon on the hill event, 30th June to 3rd July has been cancelled, not only because of the virus but due to building work taking place. 
For those who were anticipating, like us, to follow on to EMIDS and SEVERN Valley at Matlock and Evesham please check with those Groups for details as to wether or not they will be taking place.
Sadly we have now received  confirmation  from the organisers, that The Abingdon Airshow yet again has been postponed from August, this time it is being  moved to 12 June2021.The good news is that they have invited us back, so we will be running a rally from 5pm Thursday 10 June to 12 noon Monday 14 June 2021, same format as was scheduled for this year and we have negotiated the price to remain the same, excellent value, more details will follow probably in the New Year for new bookings, an email has be sent to all who had desired to transfer their booking to August to establish if they still want to keep their place for next year or receive a full refund.
To be honest we are not sure when we will be running a rally, if at all this year but rest assured we your committee are constantly reviewing the situation and following guidance before sending out updates that will obviously be posted on FB and our Web site, so that is the place to keep watching. So do keep a roving eye on these sites.
